Grade 7 & 8 Parent Teacher Interviews
We will be holding Parent-Teacher Interviews at the school for Grades 7 and 8 on Thursday, November 23rd from 2:30 pm – 7:10 pm. This year, you will be able to schedule your Parent-Teacher Interviews online. If you wish to schedule a meeting with any of your child's teachers, please follow the instructions printed further down the page.
You will be able to make appointments until November 22nd at 12:00 noon.
Instructions
1. Go to the St. Paul High School scheduling webpage at parentinterview.com/s/stpaul
2. Enter the Parent Code (printed below) and click "Sign In"
Please make a note of your Confirmation #
3. Fill in your contact information and click "Continue to Make Appointments"
4. Click on the name of a teacher with whom you wish to schedule an appointment
5. Click on an "Available" time at which you wish to have your meeting
6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until you have scheduled all the teachers you wish to meet
7. Click on "My Schedule" (top left of the page)
8. Print out, email or copy down your schedule
The Parent Code for this term was emailed to families.
Should you wish to cancel an appointment you have made, click on "Cancel" beside the meeting you wish to have removed from your schedule.
If you misplace your schedule, you may use your Confirmation # to retrieve your schedule from the website at any time. If you need help using the service, please email support@parentinterview.com

Lost or Stolen Presto Card
Instructions to Replace Registered/Unregistered Lost Card and Replacing It
Create an account and add the (lost) card to it
Go to prestocard.ca and click on "I'm a new user" and/or "Create a new account"
Fill out the form. The students needs to record on a sheet of paper all the answers entered on the form just in case they forget their login username or password.
Click on Add an Existing Card then enter the lost (assigned) card number and CVN.
Card in now registered. Log out.
Report a lost card (start here if the card is already registered)
Login to the account
Click on "Report Lost Card" and select the lost card number.
Under Transfer the Balance select option #3 "Cancel my card now and I will complete a transfer later".
Logout of account
Buy a new card
Go to a Shoppers Drug Mart and buy a new card for $6.00
Ensure that store clerk activates the card before leaving the store
Transfer balance (school board pass) to the new card
Login to the account (Do not register, activate or add the new card to the account)
Click on Report Lost Card and select the lost card number
Under Transfer the Balance select option #2 "A new Presto card I've already purchased"
Enter the new card information and follow remaining prompts.
Logout
Wait 24 hours after transferring the balance to the replacement card before using it.
