As we mark being one-quarter of the way through the academic year, I want to express how much we appreciate your ongoing support of our exceptional school community. As they say, time flies when you are having fun!
ATTENTION PARENTS/GUARDIANS of students taking an E-LEARN course E-learn exams will be held on January 18th and 19th. Please ensure if your child is in an e-learn course that they are available to write on these days.
Integrating the Seven Grandfather Teachings—Wisdom, Love, Respect, Bravery, Honesty, Humility, and Truth—into our instruction grounds students in core ethical values while directly supporting our commitment to Indigenous education and reconciliation. These ancestral Anishinaabe principles provide a universal framework for character development, helping children build strong moral judgment, emotional intelligence, and respect for themselves and others. By embedding these teachings in everyday learning, we foster an inclusive, empathetic classroom community where every student feels valued and connected. We encourage you to take time to talk to your children about these values and their impact on becoming the Catholic Graduates they will one day be.
Thank you once again for your partnership, dedication, and support. Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead!
